Delete your Défilé account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every scored walk and all coaching from our database.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Défilé and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with (or tell us the address, if you used Sign in with Apple's hidden email) with the subject “Delete my Défilé account”. We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in record and account email.
• Your profile: name, level, goals and focus areas.
• All sessions: scores, measurements and written coaching.
• Your daily analysis count.

Nothing is kept. Copies in our hosting provider's routine backups are overwritten within about 7 days. Videos are never uploaded, so there are none to delete. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in your store account; deleting your Défilé account does not cancel them.
