Filming a walk

Prop your phone at about hip height, 4–5 metres away, with your whole body in frame from head to feet. Walk towards the camera, or across it for a side view. Good, even light helps the analysis; avoid strong light directly behind you.

My score looks wrong

Scores are most reliable when the camera is still and your feet stay in frame for the whole clip. Compare walks filmed from the same angle and distance. If a result still looks off, email us the date and time of the session (not the video; we never receive it).

Subscriptions and refunds

On iPhone, subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion without the app.

Privacy

Your video is analysed on your phone and never uploaded. Read the full privacy policy and terms.
